Actually when I was younger I was failry active. I was a competetion swimmer in high school. It wasn't until I turned 50 that this all started really bothering me. Over time my breathing became more labored and I had to give up my hiking, skating ( yes I was roller skating at 52) and any strennous activity.
Now that I'm doing so much better I might put the skates back once again. Great way to stay in shape and get excercise while having some fun.
