Thank you

Yesterday, May 18, 2014, was a special day for me. It was my four year anniversary since having open heart surgery at Cleveland Clinic to rid me of my rare diseases, Atrial Septal Defect. To mark the day, I ran the Cleveland Marathon to raise awareness for BensFriends.org (main non profit organization that runs our community and 35 plus other rare disease communities). During most of the race I was thinking about Ben's Friends and our community which always brought a huge smile to my face. I was very proud and honored to be out there today running for Ben's Friends.

I want to thank you all for the support, care and encouragement you show each other each and every day on our ASD community. The magic of Ben's Friends happens on the communities thanks to all of us.

Look forward to talking to you all soon.

All the best,

John
