New devices to help monitor our progress


These days there are wireless blood pressure monitors, oxygen monitors and fitness bands which check heart rate constantly.

My doctors do not recommend or talk about them and say its our choice if we want to use them.

I want to know if anyone uses any of these devices to self check ? What do you use ? How frequently?

I am interested as I am breathless and its getting a little troublesome these days and tests and doctor visits are not really coming up with anything.


I use a Fitbit Blaze to track my heart rate. It has dropped dramatically lately and that gives me peace of mind.
